We are currently completing transactions on EOTs. The benefits are significant and are as follows;

• receive the payment for your business TAX FREE

• you will generally be paid by instalments over time from the Company’s future profits

• should the company have any Surplus Cash and/or an Overdrawn Director’s Loan Account, this can be used as a down payment 

• it is a low stress transaction

• ability to remain involved in, and a Director of, the Company
